What shipping costs
- Orders $125 and over ship free.
- Under $125: a flat $6.95, however many items are in your order.
How long it takes
We process orders within 1–2 business days. After that:
- Items from our US warehouse: 3–5 business days
- Items from our overseas partner: 7–10 business days
Most orders arrive within 8 business days. If your order contains both, pieces may arrive separately at no extra cost to you — you are never charged twice for shipping.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before you order — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address; you cover the reshipping cost.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived 30 days after you placed it, email us and we will refund it in full — no need to return anything.
If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building first, then email us within 7 days and we will help you open a carrier claim.
Duties and taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Orders shipped within the US are not subject to customs duties.
